Troubleshooting checklist

Check credits & subscription status

Open Vibez AI → Profile → Credits to confirm your balance, renewal date, and the Apple ID used for purchases. Refresh if you recently upgraded.

Restore purchases

From the paywall, tap Help → Restore Purchases to sync your Apple receipt via RevenueCat. Use the same Apple ID that originally purchased.

Update & restart

Install the latest version of Vibez AI from the App Store, force quit, and relaunch. This clears cached configs and refreshes the model catalog.

Network + permissions

Ensure you have a stable connection and Photos/Camera permissions enabled if exports or uploads fail.
